Sorry for being slow on the uptake, but I just realised something: Donna Noble is going to be the first companion to die since Adric, isn’t she? D’oh!

I suspect that many fans (though I’m not one of them) would be as happy to see her go as they were Adric!
You would have thought, wouldn’t you? But despite my initial fears (and memories of Bonnie Langford! Oh, please, don’t go there…) I actually think she’s been rather wonderful in the part.
Donna is great!
Yea it seems likely she will die, but not for a while. I’ll eat my hat if she doesn’t out live a doctor, or two.
Russell T. Davies will never let a long term companion die whilst he is still in charge. Kylie at Christmas does not count, as she had only been in that one story.

Adric’s death was tragic
Donna’s wont be
