Farewell to a colleague

Very sad to see David Marshall stepping down as an MP. He and his wife, Tina, were extremely kind to me and Carolyn when we found ourselves trying to cope with life in London in 2001. David is one of the most decent people I’ve ever met in politics, and one of the most hard-working for his constituents. I wish him a long, happy and well-deserved retirement.
