Cameron ‘bears imprint of last person who sat on him’

Check out this excellent analysis of ‘Dave’ by Work and Pensions Secretary James Purnell. One of the best pieces I’ve read about the Chameleon. My favourite line is: “The answer, for him, is always blowing in the wind.”

That ‘Dave’ believes in nothing except in winning the next election is a given. But James should be congratulated for providing a definition which is… well, definitive.

“That ‘Dave’ believes in nothing except in winning the next election is a given.”

That’s funny, people were saying similar things about Tony Blair in 1995/1996. Didn’t work out too badly for him, did it?
